Exhibit A: I had a grand time eating two scoops of Baskin Robbins ice cream during our third anniversary celebration evening!
Exhibit B: I decided I need motivation to get rid of the California-added, loss-of-zookeeper-exercise tummy flub. (Yes - that is where I gain weight! I'm sneaky like that.) So... what better way to be healthier than to reward yourself with stickers? :)
The chart's end point is June - when I can no longer hide the "muffin top" while wearing a swimsuit during the summer. My daily goals are attainable, yet are things I'm not currently doing on a daily/weekly basis. Hopefully, I'll eat and exercise more than what I am rewarded for!
And let me tell ya, the stickers are already working. I wanted my veggie sticker for today, so I ran to the kitchen to eat another serving - some celery sticks with peanut butter. Mmm...

That's a great idea! I like stickers too so I might have to follow in your footsteps. :)
Maybe I'll set up a sticker system for my running schedule to keep me motivated (although cupcakes are much more motivating to me...) I would really hate to scare anyone come June.
I am eating ice cream at the moment and laughing at your stickers... though Justin said it's a good idea, especially if after accumulating a certain number you get a prize!! Oh, and for those less healthy moments I recommend "Skinny Minty" Turkey Hill ice cream, yummmmm
Ak & sarah: I suggest using cupcake or ice cream stickers. :)
I have to say...stickers never worked to toilet train you...I resorted to M&Ms!!! All that happened then was I gained weight (mom needed a reward for all the time logged in the bathroom) and you continued to do as you pleased. Little did I know that I only had to wait until you were three and you would decide,"ok, that's it...I will be toilet trained now." And you were. With that kind of independence and self determination...I am quite certain you will succeed at your goal with or without stickers but, whatever works!!! Love you!
grete, that's great! thanks for sharing your fun poster and goals with us!
just think you could develop "the sticker diet" and make tons of money...
broccoli bags could have a little icon on it that says "sticker diet approved!"
